რას ვინახავთ

ანგარიში: ელფოსტის მისამართი და შესვლის დრო. პაროლს არ ვინახავთ — შესვლა ელფოსტაზე გამოგზავნილი ბმულით ხდება.

პარამეტრები: ენა, დროის ზონა, სფერო და რას გიგზავნით ელფოსტაზე.

შენი სია: რომელ Facebook გვერდებს აკვირდები და რომელი შენია. თავად რეკლამები საჯარო წყაროდან — Meta-ს Ad Library-დან — მოდის და ყველა მომხმარებელს საერთო აქვს.

ელფოსტა: რომელი წერილი გამოგიგზავნეთ და ჩავიდა თუ არა (მიწოდება, გახსნა), რომ ვიცოდეთ, მუშაობს თუ არა ალერტები.

გამოყენება: რომელ გვერდებს ხსნი აპლიკაციაში და რამდენ ხანს გაქვს ჩანართი ღია. ამას ვიყენებთ მხოლოდ სტატისტიკისთვის — რამდენად ხშირად ბრუნდებიან მომხმარებლები და რომელი საათებია დატვირთული. სახელობით მომხმარებლების აქტივობის ქრონიკას არ ვაწარმოებთ და „ახლა ონლაინ“ ტიპის ფუნქცია არ გვაქვს.

რატომ (სამართლებრივი საფუძველი)

ანგარიში, პარამეტრები და სია — რომ სერვისი იმუშაოს (ხელშეკრულების შესრულება).

ელფოსტის და გამოყენების სტატისტიკა — ჩვენი ლეგიტიმური ინტერესი, გავიგოთ, გამოსადეგია თუ არა პროდუქტი. თანხმობის ბანერი ამისთვის არ არის საჭირო; მონაცემები არასდროს იყიდება და რეკლამის მიზნით არ გამოიყენება.

რამდენ ხანს

გამოყენების ნედლი ჩანაწერები (გვერდის ნახვები, ჩანართის აქტიურობა) — 90 დღე; შემდეგ ავტომატურად იშლება. რჩება მხოლოდ დღიური ჯამები (რამდენი სესია, რამდენი წამი), გვერდების და ზუსტი დროის გარეშე.

ანგარიში, პარამეტრები, სია, ელფოსტის ისტორია — სანამ ანგარიში არსებობს.

ვინ ხედავს

მხოლოდ Adevne-ს გუნდი. მონაცემებს ინახავს Supabase (მონაცემთა ბაზა), Vercel (ვებ-აპლიკაცია), Railway (ფონური სამუშაოები) და Resend (ელფოსტა) — ჩვენი სახელით და ჩვენი ინსტრუქციით. AI-ანალიზისთვის Anthropic-ს ვუგზავნით მხოლოდ საჯარო რეკლამების ტექსტს, არასდროს შენს პირად მონაცემებს.

შენი უფლებები

შეგიძლია მოითხოვო შენი მონაცემების ასლი, შესწორება ან სრული წაშლა. მოგვწერე hello@adevne.ge-ზე იმავე ელფოსტიდან, რომლითაც დარეგისტრირდი — 30 დღეში ვპასუხობთ, წაშლას 30 დღეში ვასრულებთ. ელფოსტის გამორთვა პარამეტრებში ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლია.

საჩივრის შეტანა შეგიძლია საქართველოს პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის სამსახურში (pdps.ge).

Cookies

ვიყენებთ მხოლოდ აუცილებელ cookie-ებს: შესვლის სესია და შენი ენის/პერიოდის არჩევანი. მესამე მხარის თრექინგი ან სარეკლამო cookie-ები არ გვაქვს.

Who we are

The service is operated by Adevne. Questions and requests: hello@adevne.ge.

What we keep

Account: your email address and sign-in times. We store no password — you sign in with a link sent to your email.

Settings: language, timezone, industry, and which emails you receive.

Your list: which Facebook pages you follow and which one is your own. The ads themselves come from a public source — Meta's Ad Library — and are shared by all users.

Email: which emails we sent you and whether they arrived (delivered, opened), so we know the alerts work.

Usage: which pages you open in the app and how long the tab is open. We use this only for statistics — how often users come back and which hours are busy. We keep no activity timeline of named users and have no “online now” feature.

Why (legal basis)

Account, settings and list — to run the service for you (performance of a contract).

Email and usage statistics — our legitimate interest in knowing whether the product is useful. No consent banner is required for this; the data is never sold and never used for advertising.

How long

Raw usage records (page views, tab activity) — 90 days, then deleted automatically. Only daily totals remain (how many sessions, how many seconds), with no pages and no exact times.

Account, settings, list, email history — for as long as the account exists.

Who sees it

Only the Adevne team. Data is hosted by Supabase (database), Vercel (web app), Railway (background jobs) and Resend (email), on our behalf and on our instructions. For AI analysis we send Anthropic only the text of public ads, never your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion. Write to hello@adevne.ge from the address you signed up with — we answer within 30 days and complete deletions within 30 days. You can turn emails off in Settings at any time.

You may complain to Georgia's Personal Data Protection Service (pdps.ge).

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: your sign-in session and your language/period choices. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
